It was Swedish flag festivities day yesterday, and the castle near my parents' home was arranging some kind of mix between medieval and viking hoopla, complete with jousting. ... Yeah, I don't know. The castle is from the 1100-1200's (at least partly), and there are remains of viking settlements in the surrounding area as well, so I guess it makes ( Read more... )
